The purpose of the project is to carry out repair and restoration works on the Agricultural overpass over the I-6 road at km 381+968, due to the poor technical – operational condition of the facility. The bridge is three-span with span lengths of 11.00 m, 20.00 m, 11.00 m respectively and a total length of the superstructure of 42.00 m. The static scheme is a simple beam. The superstructure is reinforced concrete, prefabricated monolithic and with a slab cross-section.

The project envisages the replacement of the superstructure, through reconstruction with a change in the static scheme of the overpass. After the renovation, it will be categorized as a three-span facility with a jointless pavement transition and a continuous superstructure.

The superstructure has a plate beam section and consists of 4 pcs. pre-stressed beams – type GT-95 for the middle opening and 4 pcs. beams of unstressed concrete GT-75 for the end openings. The first ones are 95 cm high and 19.50 m long, and the second ones are 75 cm high and 10.80 m long.

Complete geodetic and geological studies, as well as traffic management during construction, have also been prepared for the project.
